After a scouting and assessment process, these players undergo specialised coaching sessions on Tuesday at Academy Sport, designed to elevate their technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall game intelligence.
Once their development phase is complete, the team gains exclusive access to training facilities at renowned professional club grounds, where we play Matches against other academies, where they experience a professional environment that prepares them for the next stage of their career.
